Requests for meal substitutions should be submitted to Dietary Services by 10:00 AM, by notifying dietary directly before meal time.
Where can I find the latest update on a resident's diet orders?
Nurses are responsible for updating Dietary Services about any changes in diet orders or new admits. Refer to the resident’s chart or consult with the assigned nurse.
