The Dietary Services team ensures that all residents receive nutritious, well-balanced meals tailored to their dietary restrictions, preferences, and health needs. We work closely with nursing, speech therapy, and physicians to maintain the highest standard of care.

Teamwork with Staff
- CNAs: Notify dietary of refusals, dislikes, NPO orders via purple Resident Meal Rating Slip
- Nurses: Update dietary about changes in diet orders or new admits
- Speech Therapy: Collaborate for consistency of food textures

Call Dietary at Ext. 108 - Resident Complaints? (see purple Resident Meal Rating Slip)
Document the concern and inform the Kitchen Staff or 400 RCM (Ext. 112) - Late Trays or Alternate Meals?
Submit requests via nurse or notify dietary directly before meal time.
